Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Fireworks at 206-805-3038 or toll-free at 1-855-805-3036 as soon as possible after you placed your order. Orders which have already shipped may not be cancelled, although they still may be returned as per our normal return policy.

Returns

We are proud of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the selling price of the item, less any shipping costs, for items returned in good condition with all original packaging materials. For credit card and debit card purchases, a credit will be issued to the credit or debit card account through which the item was purchased. For cash, traveler's check, and gift card purchases, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.

You may return your online and brick-‌and-‌mortar store purchases in person to any of our Seattle area locations within 30 days of the initial purchase, with a copy of the receipt.

Returns without a receipt will be processed through our central office. A check for the return will be issued by mail within 10 business days following the return.

You may also return your online and brick-‌and-‌mortar store purchases via FedEx, USPS, or other carrier. Please follow the directions below if you wish to return your online or brick-‌and-‌mortar store purchases via FedEx, USPS, or other carrier.

Online, Phone, and Mail Orders Returns

In-Store Purchase Returns By Post

If you wish to return or exchange items purchased in person at one of our brick-‌and-‌mortar locations through FedEx, USPS, UPS, or other carrier, please contact the store where the items were purchased to make arrangements for their return or exchange. The store's contact information is located on your printed receipt.

When directed, please return your items via FedEx, USPS, or other carrier to the address printed on your receipt or as directed by your customer service associate.

Airport Location In-Store Purchase Returns by Post

If your receipt indicates the items to be returned were purchased at one of our airport locations (17801 Pacific Highway South, Seattle, WA 98158) and you wish to return the items by post, you must send the items to be returned to our Distribution Center address (below), as airport regulations prevent our airport locations from receiving mail or packages.

Holiday Returns

Items purchased in-store or online between November 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015 may be returned with a receipt for a refund or credit until January 31, 2016.

Defective Items

If you have received any defective items, please contact Fireworks at 206-805-3038 or toll-free at 1-855-805-3036 within 30 days of your purchase to make arrangements for the return and/or replacement of your incorrect items.

We will gladly replace the defective items or, if replacement is not possible, credit you the full amount for the item, including shipping costs.

Missing Items

Depending on the items and their availability, orders consisting of more than a single item may be shipped separately at no extra cost in order to serve you better.

However, if you feel you have not received all the items in your order, please contact Fireworks at 206-805-3038 or toll-free at 1-855-805-3036 within 30 days of your purchase to make arrangements for the return and/or replacement of your missing items.

We will gladly replace the missing items or, if replacement is not possible, credit you the full amount for the item, including shipping costs.

Items Damaged During Shipping

Please keep the damaged items and any packaging and shipping materials until arrangements have been made for return or replacement of the items.

Items Which Do Not Match Their Description or Image

Every effort is made to keep our item descriptions and images accurate and up-to-date. However, many of our artists craft their products from natural, recycled, or reclaimed material, so variations from what is pictured is to be expected, and is indicative of an item's individuality. Additional, artists may modify aspects of their designs without warning, causing item descriptions to become outdated. Fireworks apologizes for these situations when they arise and are unacceptable, and remind you that should you be less than wholly satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange the items, subject to our usual return policy.

Special Orders

Special orders (items not regularly stocked at our stores and/or customized items) may not be returned or exchanged. Phone orders for items regularly stocked at our stores but unavailable through our web store do not qualify as special orders and may be returned according to our regular return policy.

Loft Items, Clearance Items, and As-Is Merchandise

The Loft at Pioneer Square offers, at discounted prices, items that are shopworn or slightly damaged but still in usable condition, as well as clearance items discontinued by the artist and no longer stocked by Fireworks. These items are sold as-is, and may not be returned or exchanged. Non returnable/non-exchangeable loft, clearance, and as-is items purchased at our brick-‌and-‌mortar locations will be designated as such on your receipt.
