Ultra fine cashmere yarn is woven to this luxurious density using a process that combines time-honored tradition with new technology. 100% cashmere fiber is spun into fine and straight yarn, held fast with a water soluble fiber during the weave. This extra fiber is washed away after the scarf is woven, leaving behind a remarkably sheer, gauzy, 100% cashmere scarf that was impossible to create until now.
