Mexican KRAK is a honeycomb candy made by melting sugar, corn syrup, honey, and baking soda together – with added spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla. It then foams up, giving it a seafoam like texture. Once cooled, it is then dipped into chocolate for added deliciousness.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, corn syrup, honey, 65% dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, milk fat, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, pure vanilla), sodium bicarbonate, spices, ghost pepper.
