We offer a refund, less any shipping costs, as long as the item is returned in good condition. A credit will be issued to the credit card account through which the item was purchased. If you paid with a credit card, please include a daytime phone number where you can be reached so that we may obtain any additional credit card information required to complete the retun. If payment was made by cash, check, or traveler's check, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Defective Items

We will gladly replace the item or, if replacement is not possible, we will credit you the full amount including shipping costs.

Items Damaged During Shipping

Special Orders
Special Orders (items not regularly stocked and/or customized items) may not be returned or exchanged. Special Orders for items regularly stocked but not available in our web store may be returned according to our regular return policy.
Loft Items and As-Is Merchandise
The Loft at Pioneer Square offers, at discounted prices, items that are shopworn or slightly damaged but still in usable condition, as well as items discontinued by the artist and items no longer stocked by Fireworks. These items are sold as-is, and may not be returned or exchanged.
