Processing Time

Most orders ship on the first business day following the order; however, some orders may require up to 3 business days to process. If your order will be delayed further, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.

Special orders and items drop-shipped from the manufacturer may require additional time to process.

Orders Consisting of Multiple Items

Depending on the items and their availability, orders consisting of more than a single item may be shipped separately at no extra cost in order to serve you better.

Delivery Area

Fireworks will happily ship orders to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We regret that we are unable to deliver online orders to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are also presently unable to ship online orders to Canada, Mexico, or other addresses outside the United States, including US-held territories such as the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

In many cases, arrangements can be made to ship items outside our usual delivery area. Please call +011 (206) 682-8707 to inquire regarding shipping orders to addresses outside our usual delivery area.

Carrier

Fireworks uses UPS as a carrier. Shipping options include low-cost UPS Ground. Additional UPS shipping services beyond those found during checkout in the webstore, as well as additional shipping options (eg., USPS) are available by placing your order over the phone, toll free, at 1-800-505-8882, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Carriers and shipping options for items drop-shipped by manufacturers vary.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges do not necessarily represent published rates and may include additional handling charges levied by Fireworks Galleries LLC.

Delivery Time (UPS Ground)

Estimated delivery times for ground shipping from Fireworks zip code 98134 are available via the UPS website or graphically via the UPS™ U.S. Ground Service Map. Estimated delivery times represent only time in transit; please allow up to 3 additional business days for processing.

Rush Delivery

Since orders may take up to three working days to fulfill, Fireworks does not presently offer rush delivery through our web store.

Nevertheless, there are presently two ways of obtaining rush delivery:

Place your order online, and contact Fireworks by email at fireworks@fireworksgallery.net or via phone toll free at 1-800-505-8882, indicating you would like rush delivery and providing your name, email address, Customer ID and/or Receipt ID (Customer ID and Receipt ID may be obtained from your receipt and/or the order confirmation email sent following the completion of your order. Be aware that shipping premiums beyond those reported in your receipt will apply.
Place your order via phone at 1-800-505-8882 and indicate you would like rush delivery. You will be advised of your delivery costs at the time of your order.
