Prospective Artists
Fireworks is always on the lookout for new and upcoming artists to represent in our galleries. But due to the number of inquiries we receive, we ask that you follow the below guidelines for submitting work. Please provide us the following:
- Samples, photos, or slides of your work. Photos do not need to be of professional quality, but clear images are best. Please indicate the dimensions of your pieces if they are not obvious from the photos.
- A price list or sample inventory sheet. Numbering your price list and your samples or photos is an easy way for us to be sure we are reading your prices correctly. Let us know if your pricing is flexible, or if you are willing to consign.
- Any artist information that helps explain or sell your work, including materials and techniques used, a biographical background or an artist's statement.
- A self-addressed stamped envelope or box with enough postage to cover the safe return of your materials. Due to the large number of submissions we receive, we cannot be responsible for items submitted without proper return postage. Note: Be aware that the United States Postal Service has changed its policies regarding letters and packages weighing over 13 oz. If you intend your materials to be returned via USPS and the mailing weight (including packaging) is 13 oz. or greater, return postage must be provided in the form of a USPS Click-N-Ship label, which may be purchased online via the USPS website.
Please be certain all materials are clearly marked with your name, address, and telephone number.

If we feel your work might be appropriate for us, we will contact you within two weeks to set up an appointment. If your work does not fit with the current direction of the gallery, we will return all materials within four weeks, provided you have included sufficient return postage.
